Care and Heating Instructions
Thaw your product to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from packaging and place Prime Rib on a rack in a roasting pan. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan if desired and cover with foil or lid. Using a meat thermometer bring the internal temperature to 125 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice to desired thickness.
