  • Because we ship a perishable product we are only able to ship the above ways on the above days.
  • Packages are not delivered on the week-end with the exception of Home Delivery on Saturday without incurring extra charges.
  • For same day shipping, orders must be placed by 10:00am.

Shipping Policy and Charges

*All packages are shipped according to weight. Shipping charges are assessed based on package weight. Additional charges will be applied per address in addition to the regular shipping and handling charges for the any special handling.

*Additional charge for all Saturday deliveries. This charge will be in addition to regular shipping and handling charges for overnight deliveries. The charge is set by the UPS Shipping Policies Manual for each year.

*Packages shipped in November and December may be shipped earlier than requested. This is to ensure holiday delivery and to accommodate UPS shipping schedules for the season.

*Alaska and Hawaii addresses MUST be shipped Overnight or Second Day. UPS requires that all packages going to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped overnight or second day. These charges will be incurred by the buyer.

*We CANNOT ship to P. O. Boxes or foreign countries including Mexico and Canada. UPS will not deliver to any P. O. Boxes; only physical address deliveries will be accepted. All order sent to us with a P. O. Box will be returned. Because we are governed by USDA regulations, we are not allowed to ship any products to foreign countries.

*APO/FPO Addresses. Because we are governed by USDA regulations only certain items can be shipped to these addresses. Please contact us for full information concerning these shipments. These shipments must be handled by hand and shipped through the Post Office. There will be an extra $10.00 charge per box, per address for these shipments.

All web site orders are acknowledged with an email upon submission. Orders taken by phone, mail or fax are only acknowledged once order is complete. The buyer will receive via postal service a paid invoice with all important information concerning your order.

Return Policy

We are governed by USDA regulations and cannot allow perishable items to be returned. If a package is returned because of incorrect information provided us or because of damage incurred in shipment; the package and all perishable items will be destroyed according to regulations.

Summer Shipments

From May 1 to October 1 all packages must be shipped overnight or second day to protect the quality of our products. We will also ship all products during these months in a Styrofoam lined container with ice packs for their protection. Any additional cost will be incurred by buyer.

All Other Shipments

During the fall, winter and spring months we will ship all products in our normal shipping containers. Because all of our products are fully cooked (except our smoked and peppered bacon) they may thaw and are perfectly safe to eat. The packaging that we place our products in help to protect the quality of all our items.

Substitutions

During our busier season we may be forced to substitute an item with something of equal or greater value in order for your gifts to be delivered to your recipients on time. We regret any inconvenience this may cause so we would like to thank you for your cooperation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments that are damaged or lost must be reported to us immediately. We will contact the shipping company responsible for the package and file a claim with them. Once the shipping company has informed us of the resolution of the shipment we will replace the product and shipping at the shipping companies expense.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect shipping information is provided to us, we cannot be responsible for shipments. Please make sure all information provided is correct and current. If the package is returned all perishable items will be destroyed according to USDA regulations. If you choose to reship items, all cost for products and shipping will be incurred by the buyer.
