Our family has been making sausage in the Texas Hill Country for many generations. Growing up on a farm outside of Llano, we made ours at home from scratch. My fascination and love for making sausage turned into an opportunity in 1985. After graduating from college I purchased a small meat plant in Llano, Texas. Miillerís Meats was born and we produced a whole lot of smoked meats and sausages.
In 2002 we moved the plant to a new building on Highway 29 which is our present location. We have grown quite a bit since our beginning in 1985 but one thing hasnít changed, our commitment to make the finest smoked meats ever. We want to delight you our customers and the world with Texas Hill Country flavor and hospitality.
That is why our mission is to provide a consistent superior experience in taste, quality and service while maintaining our heritage of flavor and passion of commitment to personalized care. We provide old world German traditions coming from the Texas Hill Country that will leave you craving more.
